When:

PCARA has monthly meetings at 3:00 PM on the FIRST Sunday of each month, with the exceptions of July and August.  Meetings may be rescheduled due to extenuating circumstances.  Notice of rescheduled meetings will be announced on the VHF (146.670 MHz) repeater and/or e-mailed to the membership as well as posted on the www.pcara.org website.  Talk-in is available on the 146.670 MHz repeater.
